It is 6:30 A.M. and I am with coffee in hand with homemade pumpkin cinnamon rolls.  It is truely amazing the wonderful recipes one can find on the internet.  The newest and most innovative recipes can be found on the internet so bookstore cookbooks leave alot to be desired now adays.  I was in the bookstore downtown where I live in the N.C. mountains and saw two new books called the new Bibles.  I bought them and read them in one sitting and said yes these two new books are taking the modern right to a higher level but to say they are the Holy Word of God was not accurate. If they can be read in one sitting; I did not qualify them as the most sacred book on Earth.

I live high in the Mountains of North Carolina.  Near towns called Sapphire, Cashiers, and Lake Toxaway.  The Pisgah National Forest is nearby and I enjoy many strolls through the forest.  It is also the land of waterfalls with over 98 waterfalls close by.   Dupont State Forest is very close by in which I drive by every day to know it is now listed as one of the Worlds most interesting parks to visit.  I  expect to see more tourists.  It is the fall season now and the turning leaves are spectacular with such crisp beauty.  The red leaves and yellow leaves of maples, elms, and sassafrass trees including the ginger bushes are breathtaking.

I walk to town every day - basically five streets.  Such a quaint little town it is.  It will soon be winter and that means no tourists hardly from December to February.  The bargains are tremendous.  I love the antique mall in the winter.   I am looking for an antique mirror now with an angel motive with gold trimming.  I have not found it yet but stroll through town and know it will appear like magic in a matter of time.  With all the Gallery walks , street dances, farmers markets, and festivals I will become better acclamaited to this little city Brevard.  Asheville  where the Biltmore Estate and Winery is located is only 40 minutes away - so that is the big city around here.  That is where I grew up and I enjoy all the activities in Asheville.  Its a neo classical organic revitalistic new age revolution movement of new generation young adults kinda town.  Here in Brevard it is a classical musical hometown Mtn. colony of new agers and mountain folk.
